Edwin K. DeWald formed DeWald Property Tax Services in 1998 following a successful association with another property tax firm. Prior to that, Ed was a managment consultant for such clients as EDS, Hillenbrand Industries, McDonnell Douglas, Continental Airlines, Rolls-Royce, and Xerox. Ed earned his degree in Industrial Engineering Management/Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and is a Certified Property Tax Representative.
Randall Warner is our commercial real estate consultant who specializes in appraisals for multifamily and commercial real estate. With over 30 years experience, Randy conducts market research and assesses the properties we represent to determine if they are being over-assessed. Randy earned his B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University and his M.B.A in Real Estate Finance from the Univeristy of Oregon. He is a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker and a Level I & II Certified Indiana Assessor/Appraiser
William F.D. Mullineaux is our real estate property tax consultant. With over 12 years of experience in this field, he analyzes property tax records for irregularities, inspects client properties, files appropriate appeal paperwork, and follows up on the appeals to ensure tax reductions and refunds. Bill earned his B.S. degree in Electrical Technology from Purdue University and is a Certified Indiana Tax Representative and a Level I & II Indiana Assessor/Appraiser.
Robert Borgmann is our legal consultant. A member of both the Indiana and North Carolina State Bars, Bob has over 30 years of experience providing legal services. Bob advises the team as appeals are processed, negotiates settlements with assessors, and represents us at various levels of the appeals process. Bob earned his Bachelors of Science from DePauw University (Summa cum Laude), and his Juris Doctor Degree from Indiana University Law School (Cum Laude).
